How ZCRS works:

Step 1:

Zach Entwistle will visit your home, determine if it’s a candidate for ZCRS, and if so, perfom a cost-benefit analysis.

Step 2:

At your listing consultations, we’ll go over our recommendations and decide what to move forward with.

Step 3:

Our team will get right to work on obtaining bids and scheduling contracting professionals.

Step 4:

Our team will keep you informed as the work if coordinated and performed.

Step 5:

Once the work is completed, we’ll schedule your photo shoot and launch on the market.

Step 6:

Upon closing, we will be reimbursed for our out-of-pocket costs at 0% interest to you.

At the end of these six steps, you’ll be ready for your next chapter — with a lot more money to unlock your new normal!
